Introduction
Welcome to Frixum Delux (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our luxury car rental services (“Services”). By booking or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to rent a vehicle from Frixum Delux.
- Driver’s License: You must possess a valid driver’s license, held for at least two years, to rent a vehicle.
- Payment Method: You must provide a valid credit or debit card for payment and security purposes.
Booking and Reservation
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Rental Period: The rental period is specified in your booking confirmation. Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional charges.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Vehicle Use
- Authorized Drivers: Only drivers specified in the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle.
- Prohibited Use: The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, racing, or towing. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
- Mileage Limit: The rental includes a mileage limit as specified in the booking confirmation. Additional mileage will incur extra charges.
Insurance and Liability
- Insurance Coverage: All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options are available at an extra cost.
- Damage and Theft: You are responsible for any damage to or theft of the vehicle during the rental period, subject to the terms of the insurance coverage.
- Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Fees and Charges
- Rental Fees: The rental fees are as specified in your booking confirmation and are inclusive of VAT.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit is required at the time of vehicle collection and will be refunded upon return of the vehicle, subject to inspection.
- Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, fuel, late returns, or any damage to the vehicle.
Termination
- Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement if you breach any of these Terms.
- Termination by You: You may terminate the rental agreement at any time, subject to our cancellation policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
